Austin/San Antonio Steakhouses Open New Year’s Eve

You can still get exceptional steaks here, including the beloved 10-ounce Roquefort filet and 22-ounce cowboy cut ribeye. There’s also a lot of seafood…and 4,000 bottles of wine ready to help you kick off the opening hours of 2019.
Lonesome Dove Western Bistro. If you love steak but are maybe in the mood for something a little different, try Lonesome Dove Western Bistro. There’s the superb collection of hand-cut and extraordinary steaks, like the Wagyu tomahawk, but there’s also kangaroo carpaccio, Rocky Mountain elk ribeye, and even rattlesnake, making your NYE dinner just what it should be: extraordinary.
III Forks. With national locations, III Forks has the buying-power and leverage to source the very best meat coupled with the time-tested experience to deliver a very good time, and that’s what New Year’s Eve is all about.
