Starters consist of small plates, salads, and soups, which all contain as many local ingredients as possible. For example, there's a Southern fried chicken salad with gem lettuce, corn, cucumber, black beans, baby tomatoes, radish, and chive, topped with buttermilk dressing that's certainly a crowd pleaser. Small-plate options, which are great for sharing, range from avocado toast to Brussels sprouts topped with fresh lemon and pistachio.

All steaks at Echo & Rig are cooked over red oak and served with homemade garlic chips and mushroom Rockefeller. Cuts vary and range from a ribeye cap to Bavette. Non-steak favorites include slow-roasted chicken, crispy skin branzino, and organic king salmon.
