Al Biernat's - Dallas
You know you're in for a high-end afternoon when lobster dominates the brunch menu. Available on Sundays only, the menu showcases a number of egg and steak entrees that have become favorites for those who regularly patronize Park Cities' steakhouse Al Biernat's.
Items of great interest for brunch include the likes of the Maine lobster cobb salad, lobster scramble and lobster & scrambled egg tacos. You'll also find buttermilk pancakes, brioche French toast and, of course, beef tenderloin on the menu.
You won't find the beef tenderloin on the dinner menu, but there is a 12-ounce buffalo tenderloin. There's also a wet-aged New York strip, "cowboy cut" ribeye, veal chop and Red Wattle double bone pork chops. Happy Hour takes place 4-7pm Monday through Friday.
