The Betsy's dining options are anchored by LT Steak & Seafood, a modern American restaurant engineered by award-winning Executive Chef Laurent Tourondel. His seasonally inspired menu showcases a deep appreciation and draws inspiration from the distinctive energy of Miami. Guests may order breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch and dinner at LT Steak & Seafood.
Also on premises at The Betsy are the trattoria-style Italian restaurant Poeti (also from Tourondel), plus The Conservatory, lobby bar and ocean deck. Tourondel provides food and/or drinks at all the hotel's establishments.
But the main event is at LT Steak & Seafood, which truly showcases Tourondel's creativity. Classic steakhouse fare is enhanced with fresh, seasonal and exotic ingredients.

All steaks are grilled, and are are hand-selected U.S.D.A prime or Certified Black Angus. Diners may choose from a 10-ounce filet mignon to a 36-ounce Porterhouse. Popular side dishes range from cumin-roasted carrots to horseradish mashed potatoes.
Gluten-free entrees are abundant at LT Steak Seafood. There's grilled Dover sole, pan-roasted branzino and a number of sushi rolls and sashimi.
Early-risers have a lot of look forward to as well. Breakfast and brunch offerings include a croissant "Croque Madame" stuffed with ham, cheese, mornay and a fried egg; brioche French toast; an egg white burrito; and lemon-poached lobster salad. There's also fresh-pressed juices on the menu.
