For those who come for the full dining experience, the Edge tasting experience is highly recommended. It's an opportunity to allow the kitchen to guide you through a five-course sampling of their favorite dishes, including some off-menu specials.
Going a la carte? Sample through the entire menu, from snacks (chorizo & cheddar croqetas) and charcuterie to grilled steaks and seafood.
Because Edge is in a hotel, there's also breakfast. Highlights from the earlier side of the menu include Cuban hash, coconut chai pudding and gluten-free banana pancakes.
