Inside SER, the dining destination embodies a great steakhouse experience. Guests should start with one or two items from the appetizer menu. Highlights include such favorites as crab cakes accompanied by pepper mash aioli, SER shrimp gazpacho or the chef’s selection of house made charcuterie.
Steak and chop choices are plentiful at SER. There's an eight-ounce Black Angus filet mignon. Also, a 12-ounce bison ribeye is on the menu. And for those who want to go all out, a 26-ounce prime Black Angus dry-aged 28 days Porterhouse comes with two sides. Those sides range from mac 'n' cheese amped up with andouille crumble and truffle to elote topped with chili peppers, cilantro and cotija.
Also on the menu is market-fresh seafood and provocative dishes like duck "two ways." They are all paired with handcrafted cocktails and an extensive selection of expertly selected wines.
