Fleming's menu is off to a great start with many seafood options. Appetizers are cold and hot, offering highlights like a chilled seafood tower, Ahi tuna poke and sweet chili calamari.
Signature steaks at Fleming's arrive with diners' choice of flavor-enhanced butter: béarnaise, smoked chile or herbed horseradish. Steak cuts range from a 14-ounce, bone-in filet mignon to prime New York strip. Top them off with Diablo shrimp, jumbo lump crab meat or truffle-poached lobster.
Non-steak eaters may indulge in roasted double breast of chicken topped with white wine, mushroom, leek and thyme sauce; miso-glazed Chilean sea bass; or chipotle cheddar mac and cheese.
Lunch is served Monday through Friday, and it's a chance to check out the menu for more casual bites, from the salmon Mediterranean salad to the surf and turf burger. Prime happy hour occurs 4-6pm daily at Fleming's. Discounted wine-by-the-glass selections, cocktails and bar bites should attract an enthusiastic after-work crowd.
