Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille - Dallas
Established in 1979, Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille seamlessly blends a contemporary setting with classic steakhouse fare. With almost 15 locations throughout the country with outposts in Alabama, Colorado, Illinois and Texas, Perry’s boasts a distinct style of opulence and several rooms reserved for private dining. The Uptown outpost is situated in the heart of Dallas’ hippest area; it's between the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Klyde Warren Park, The Crescent, Hotel Zaza and The Arts District.
The menu is comprised of mostly steaks and chops, of course, with a number of signature entrees held in high regard. At the top of the list is the pork chop, which is hand selected in the Midwest specifically for Perry's Steakhouse. The prime chop is cured, roasted, slow-smoked and caramelized, and served tableside with homemade applesauce. The pork chop is served every Friday during lunch (11am-4pm) for $13.95 per person. It comes with whipped potatoes and homemade applesauce.
As far as steaks, Perry's serves USDA-aged prime beef, butchered in-house and cut fresh to order. Free seafood offerings range from pecan-crusted red snapper to steamed lobster tail.
Bar 79--named in honor of the year Perry’s first opened as a meat market in 1979--offers a distinct lounge experience with live piano entertainment, a full-service bar and lively atmosphere. The full menu may also be ordered here.
