III Forks - Irving
There's no reason why you should subject yourself to mediocre airport shop sandwiches and snacks when there's a III Forks in the building. Specializing in prime dry-aged steaks, the restaurant is located in the D27 terminal on the upper level of the DFW Airport.
It offers a similar atmosphere to outposts across the country: plush leather chairs, stone fireplace and hard-wood accents. The warm setting's ideal for a business meeting or a romantic meal before boarding the plane.
The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, with the lunch menu offering a number of gourmet sandwiches and salads such as a prime burger, Caesar salad with blackened salmon, and grilled chicken sandwich. And lunch and dinner offerings include a number of steakhouse favorites like filet mignon, boneless ribeye and red pepper chicken.
