4 hours for dinner, and not by choice. Server was pretty good but visited table slower seems like due to staffing shortage (not his fault). However, from time of sitting until checks were given was 4 hours!!!! 1 hr before we got drinks then 1 hr waiting on entrees to be cooked after ordering. Food was delicious BUT be careful as when the special fish was given they stated red fish with crab on top…they did not mention the crab was an additional charge of $25 as they made it sound like part of the $60 entre NOT an add on. Won’t be coming back and would suggest others ask questions about add on and plan to be there at least 2.5-4 hrs.

Great service! Andy our head waiter was pleasant and helpful. The flavor of the food was good but it was not hot in heat just warm. Preferred if food was hotter. All in all we had a pleasant experience.

Last night we ventured out to Bob's Steak and Chop shop for dinner because one of our friend's had a credit to come back to this establishment because the first time was a bust. So she decided to give them another chance by returning on last night. So two people ordered 18 Oz steaks and 1 ordered a 14 Oz steak. One of those steaks truly looked liked an 18 Oz steak where the other steak did not. My 14 Oz was fine. I have included pictures for you to see. So something was said to the GM, Gary was his name but he didn't come over until he brought out another steak. He actually brought a 6 Oz steak out to my friend and proceeded to say now you have a 20 Oz steak. When I tell you I was outdone with this type of comment and service from him with this being an upscale restaurant. I have never in my life seen anything like this in such a high class restaurant. The professional way to have done this was to take the whole plate and bring my friend another steak. Now keep in mind the restaurant messed up once hence is why we ended up back again because they wanted to make it right, but messed up again. There is no coming back to this particular restaurant but thank goodness there are others elsewhere. Shame on you Garry for not doing the right thing! Our waiter was great! He tried to make an uncomfortable situation right.

Very nice, atmosphere, ambiance. Good was good. For the price I've had better. But it was very good.

I genuinely hope this reaches the right person! We recently had a conference in Dallas and stayed at the Omni, we decided to have a team dinner at Bob’s. I can’t begin to describe how absolutely amazing the food was, but what made the dinner even better was our server Bethany! She was hands down THE best! She was so attentive and kind. I shared with her I have a seafood allergy and she made sure that my food didn’t have any cross contamination. She was beyond accommodating and absolutely remarkable. Bobs has a gem with her! I hope she is celebrated and this review is shared because we SO appreciated her.

Inside the Omni. Great food, great service. I had the blackened Red Fish special and it was amazing.

We have a couple of really exceptional steak houses in my hometown so we rarely eat steak when we travel however, we will come back to Bob's as it was truly exceptional. The only negative I could say about it is that it is quite loud. The food is great and the service cannot be beat.

I absolutely adore the Bobs in Plano, & since we were staying at the Joule I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to eat here! Service 10/10 - Lobster...
