A restaurant within a restaurant, Top Cut is on the third level of its sister restaurant Melt. The contemporary American concept is also owned by the family-owned Paxos Restaurants Group, which is based in Pennsylvania.

Much of the emphasis is on the food, and the menu spotlights U.S.D.A. prime beef from some of the top ranches in the Midwest. All cuts are hand selected by a specialty butcher in Chicago, assuring that every steak offers superior marbling and flavor. Carnivores should appreciate the dry-aged, bone-in ribeye that's 22 ounces as well as a 32-ounce Porterhouse.
