The menu is marked by signature dishes featuring USDA prime grade butchered cuts of beef, fresh catches of fish and shellfish, plus seasonal and local ingredients, and so much more. Beyond steaks, chops and seafood, Chops showcases a number of signature dishes. That includes the Chilean sea bass topped with shrimp risotto, whole-roasted chicken and goat cheese gnocchi made with braised short rib.
