Prime Steakhouse - Las Vegas
The Bellagio hotel is home to five distinct fine-dining establishments, including such gems as an offshoot of New York's Le Cirque, Michael Mina’s eponymous restaurant and Prime Steakhouse from the award-winning toque Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
Prime is colorful, grand and festive and of course quite welcoming to those looking for a great steak or chop. The establishment's handsome chocolate brown and delicate Tiffany blue décor comes courtesy of designer Michael DeSantis. To further enhance the diner's experience, prominent pieces of artwork are on display, including three commissioned paintings by Carlo Maria Mariani, George Deem and Michael Gregory, as well as a water-themed canvas screen created by Joseph Raffael. A garden patio provides the perfect outdoor setting for a tranquil dining experience.
In addition to fine cuts of filet mignon, bone-in ribeye and a peppercorn New York strip, the menu includes entrees such as rosemary-lime roasted chicken, pan-roasted Dover sole and slow-baked salmon. But before guests nosh on the bigger bites, they're highly encouraged to sample appetizers like bacon-wrapped shrimp, steak tartare and seared foie gras.
