Classic steakhouse fare is on the menu, with some dishes updated for a modern audience. For example, there's tenderloin steak bites accompanied by wild mushrooms in a demi-glace as well as goat cheese truffles on the appetizer menu. There's also a wood-fired wedge salad topped with wood-fired Iceberg lettuce and wood-fired crostini. And on the dinner menu you'll find seared scallops paired with crispy San Danielle prosciutto.
Steaks and chops at The Caucus Club are all wood fired. They range from a 10-ounce center-cut filet to an 18-ounce, 30-day, dry-aged Chicago cut bone-in ribeye.
