The upscale steakhouse chain is owned by Houston Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta, so this location offers a few dishes not found on other outposts' menus. Diners can look forward to garlic roasted bone marrow; crispy shrimp and scallop bird nest dumplings; and Japanese A5 wagyu served on a hot stone.
Classic Mastro's dishes, of course, are also on the menu. In addition to steaks and chops, guests may order signatures like lobster mashed potatoes and organic herb-roasted chicken. Also expect 16 different cuts of USDA prime beef and and raw bar offerings.
The restaurant's interior features a piano lounge with nightly performances, four private dining rooms and an outdoor garden terrace. Additional Mastro's locations are in Chicago, Beverly Hills, Palm Desert, New York City and Washington D.C.
