Connors Steak & Seafood - Franklin
Connors Steak & Seafood opened its first location in Knoxville, Tenn. in 2004, and by 2016 debuted its third outpost in Franklin. All venues are situated in notable areas of their respective towns, such as this one tucked inside Cool Springs Galleria.
Surrounded by the likes of prominent retails Banana Republic, Macy's and Williams-Sonoma, Connors Steak & Seafood caters to its clientele by serving prime-aged steaks, fresh seafood and a host of gourmet-style salads. The chain uses wood-fired grills to bring out the full flavor of the steak cuts, setting them apart from many of its competitors.
The interior of the spacious steakhouse is inviting, with warm, rich woodwork, making the dining room and bar ideal places to visit following a long day of shopping. Appetizers aim to amp up typical fare, from Voodoo shrimp accompanied by spicy remoulade sauce to a warm lobster dip served with crispy seafood crackers.
All steaks and chops are served with soup or salad, a baked potato and a side. Steak lovers may choose from an eight-, 12- or `6-ounce signature prime rib, 14-ounce New York strip or Australian lamb chops.
Non-steak options abound as well at Conners. Shrimp & cheesy grits, mesquite-grilled Atlantic salmon and tomato basil pasta are on the menu. And for those looking for more casual bites at the bar, a Philly-style cheesesteak, grilled chicken club and classic Swiss burger are offered.
