It's progressive on every front, including design, cuisine, wine and mixology. Plus, it's all set in a “rustic–modern,” “Best Design” interior that features a sleek study of woods, rich leathers, and walls of reclaimed railroad ties, with breathtaking views that highlight the historic train yards, Union Station and the downtown Nashville skyline.
Highlights on the menu include appetizers like duck tacos, plus entrees such as fire-roasted whole lobster and a tandoori-spiced pork tenderloin. Prime steaks are all cooked at 1,200 degrees and steak connoisseurs should appreciate the progression of New York strip. It's three ounces of each, sous vide style: U.S.D.A. prime, American Wagyu and Australian Wagyu.
