Read MoreThere are plenty of choices here, but if you're looking to turn it up a few notches, VooDoo Steak can be found on the 50th level. There are spectacular views, of course, but the interior isn't too shabby either. It's clubby with modern furniture throughout the space.
The starters menu is filled with tempting, shareable bites. Going all out? Order the "fire & ice" seafood tower, which arrives with the likes of lobster medallions, shrimp, oysters, crab cakes,
Alaskan king crab, seared scallops, and poke shooters. There's also Applewood smoked slab bacon glazed with bourbon as well as braised short rib bruschetta and jumbo lump crab cakes.
But don't indulge too much because the steak offerings are VooDoo's stars. The ribeyes and New York strips are wet aged for 21 days to 28 days, and range in size from 12 ounces to 20 ounces. Additional proteins include domestic lamb chops, Norwegian king salmon, and chicken masala consisting of crispy pan-fried breast of chicken topped with forest mushrooms, marsala wine sauce, and pasta.
