Via Brasil Steakhouse is a Vegas original. Though it follows suit in style with traditional, all-you-can-eat Latin American steakhouses, it looks and feels like an independent restaurant.

Maximize

Highlights include a daily happy hour, with plenty of eating and drinking deals, plus weekend brunch. During brunch, guests get to choose from 50 dishes, including a crepe and waffle station, signature eggs Benedict, prime rib, and omelets. And dinner features a large offering of meats. Nineteen meats are carved tableside, from beef short ribs and flank steak to salmon and grilled shrimp.

Many items are available for takeout and delivery as well.

Wonderful experience ! Delicious food and side foods. I love that everybody was so attentive to us during our visit to the restaurant. It was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a Brazilian restaurant. We’ve been to several in California and it’s hard to find one that meets your needs as a hungry customer. The servers were the best too ! So attentive! I think that’s what I love the most beside the delicious food which includes the following: tri tip, shrimp, bacon chicken wrap, Brazilian sausage, steak…and so much more. Everybody including the host, server and person asking us what meats we want served were wonderful and professional. I can’t say enough about my experience at this all you can eat restaurant. Yes, I recommend it to anyone who loves Brazilian food ! Overall five stars and yes I will be back ! - April
