Crowning the top of the newly remodeled STRAT hotel is the Top of the World restaurant, which revolves 360 degrees every 80 minutes while showcasing spectacular views of the Las Vegas valley.

The menu is as opulent as the restaurant's views. Steak and seafood offerings include a 22-ounce, bone-in prime ribeye, stuffed roasted lobster tail, and rack of lamb topped with house-made minted chimichurri. Desserts are overall classic, from the Hummingbird cake filled with fresh pineapples and and bananas to warm butter cake topped with vanilla bean ice cream and seasonal berries.
In addition to the award-winning wine program, Top of the World boasts an impressive beverage list. There are several signature cocktails, including a seasonal Old Fashioned; plus expansive whiskey, tequila, and brandy selections.
