Phil’s Italian Steak House - Las Vegas
More than 10 dining establishments are under the roof of Treasure Island Hotel & Casino, ranging from Mexican fare to seafood. Phil’s, which is located adjacent to the casino, is one of the more upscale offerings and combines an authentic steakhouse experience with rich Italian cuisine.
The menu includes prime cuts of Midwestern-raised steak, mouthwatering seafood dishes and classic Italian fare, including Osso Bucco, veal Oscar and a chicken and chorizo pasta. All steaks are aged a minimum of 30 days, and some of the best selections include a bone-in, dry-aged New York strip, 44-ounce ribeye chop and maple-brined pork chop. One of Phil's most popular offerings is "The Steakhouse Experience," an eight-ounce, center-cut filet topped with fresh crabmeat and béarnaise and served with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. There are also gluten-free and vegan options available.
For those going to see the Cirque de Soleil "Mystere" show located also on the hotel property, a dinner package is available. There is also a happy hour menu for deals on food and drinks.
