Oscar's Steakhouse - Las Vegas
A former mayor of Las Vegas, Oscar Goodman opened his namesake steakhouse more than 10 years ago. It's classic in all aspects, from the decor to the menu, and there's even a martini named in his honor, Hizzoner (made with Bombay Sapphire, more Bombay Sapphire, and a slice of jalapeño).

Throughout the space are photos of Goodman with celebrities, presidents and sports stars. Guests may sit at one of the roomy booths in the dining room or opt for drinks and dinner at the bar or lounge area.
Oscar's Steakhouse is a power scene no doubt, and its menu reflects the type of dishes power players prefer. Highlights include the likes of New Zealand pink snapper topped with Thai chili vinaigrette; a Berkshire pork chop; and signature roast organic chicken topped with escarole and roasted chicken jus.
Steak offerings range from a 16-ounce prime rib to 24-ounce, bone-in ribeye.
