N9NE - Las Vegas
Once a Chicago favorite that shuttered in 2013, N9NE Steakhouse continues to thrive at the Palms Casino Resort. This location has garnered a number of high praises, including being named a "Top 100 Restaurant in the World" by Conde Nast Traveler.
Steak offerings are well curated, with prime, grassfed and dry-aged cuts. They range from a 22-ounce prime Porterhouse to a 44-ounce Tomahawk for two. Those who'd like to add a little umph to their steaks may order a taste of all steak sauces for $10: creamy horseradish, whole grain mustard cabernet, fresh tarragon bearnaise, and cognac, green & black peppercorn. Non-steak entrees include Colorado lamb chops, chicken marsala pasta and Dover sole.
A three-course, prix-fixe menu is $59 per person and only available 5-7pm. It's not available for tables with more than eight guests.
