Fully packed on a Saturday night including a fully bought out back room...I think full o' lawyers. We had 1 of the last couple of giant beef tomahawk...

Service was great. Food was not. Spent over $1000 and the sides were over seasoned and salty. My wagyu steak was supposed to be medium rare but was actually medium well. It was also overly salty. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 was for the service which was above and beyond.

Order the short rib guys, you will not be disappointed! The service is also really good and I loved everything I tasted here. Wish I wasn’t so full so I could try their desserts, so next time.

Amazing experience…loved the service. Alex was very warm and made our experience pleasant. Amazing experience of relishing wine. Sean shared good knowledge of wines and scotch. Overall very happy. Will highly recommend pork chop and tiny lamb. Also, tuna was amazing!

Majordomo Meat and Fish is located on the Palazzo side in Las Vegas. It's a fusion restaurant that many people enjoy and come here for meat and fish....

This was such a wonderful experience. We don’t normally eat fancy meals like this, but we’re glad we did for this one. The smoked short rib was plenty of food for 3 people, probably could’ve added another comfortably. The bing bread with honey and butter was to die for, I’m already trying to find a recipe to make it at home!Thanks to David Chang for curating such an amazing experience!

Short rib platter is lit. More specifically the short rib fried rice was AMAZING. 10 stars. I wish I could just order that. We also ordered the crab pasta...

We were surprised to see a somewhat empty restaurant with the lack of reservation availability. However, because of it being slow, we had great service. My husband ordered the Old Fashioned and he said the bourbon was nice and smooth. I had the Fuji sake when I asked for something sweet - it was perfect! We started with the bing bread with honey butter - the bread was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with a little bit of sweetness. For our main entrees we ordered the miso marinated sea bass and the chicken and mushroom crispy rice. The sea bass just melted in your mouth and the miso made it perfectly salty. The crispy rice was so unique - and a very large serving! The leeks gave it such a nice sweetness, the rice was very crispy and the mushrooms were so large they looked like the chicken until they added that on top. Then they pour broth over it and mix it all up. I loved it, however there was no way I could finish it, a dish that could definitely be shared. Both dishes were served in le Creuset which I loved! We didn’t have room for dessert, but we loved watching the table next to us order the donut fosters which is cooked tableside.

The worst Christmas Eve dinner we ever had!! These are the over $400 meals we got for 2 adults and a 6 yrs old kid. I really feel sorry for my family that I booked this restaurant without doing research! Appetizer- Foie gras with bing $27 Unfortunately the only item tastes good for this $400+ dinner is the bing. It reminds me the breakfast in my childhood. Main course- Lobster & steak $194 The lobster is ok. For the steak, we ordered medium rare, but it tastes super dry and old!! Main course- lobster lomein $64 It tastes sour and you only get 3 or 4 small bites of lobster. For such a small portion, we can’t even finished it! Rice- $4 My son refuse to eat the lobster lomein, because it tastes weird. Therefore we ordered rice for him to at least have something to eat. Even the rice tastes bad. I’m speechless. 😂 Dessert- donuts with ice cream $38 They cook right by your table, it’s fun & entertaining. As for the taste, it’s way too sweet. Even though my hubby and my son are sweet tooth, they can’t finish it as well. Overall I feel I got scammed. Paying $420 for 2 adults and one small kids and couldn’t get a decent eatable meal?!!! (We still paid 20% tips because although foods are bad, but it’s Christmas Eve and service is good!) We don’t mind paying that much, but for this price range, we are expecting to at least have some delicious dishes like we have in Mott32 or Picasso!
