Majordomo Meat & Fish - Las Vegas
One of several glittering restaurants on The Venetian Resort premises, Majordomo Meat & Fish is from celebrity chef David Chang. The concept is based off the word "majordōmo," a person who makes arrangements, or takes charge for another.
The colorful Majordomo is a far cry from Chang's usual Asian-focused concepts. Here, it's all about global accents, focusing on tasty meats and fish entrees.
Dishes are share-able, family style and also meant for single consumption. Appetizer highlights include, from the raw bar, bluefin tuna crudo, oysters on the half shell, and a shellfish plateau with an assortment of chilled fresh seafood. Family-style offerings range from smoked whole plate short rib to the Singapore lobster boil of Maine lobster stewed in a Singapore style-chili sauce with jumbo prawns and mussels.
And, of course, there are plenty of steak options at Majordomo. Choose from the 32-ounce, dry-aged porterhouse, 24-ounce wagyu ribeye, and eight-ounce smoked prime rib.
