International Smoke - Las Vegas
The red-hot barbecue collaboration between star chefs Ayesha Curry and Michael Mina makes its way to the Vegas Strip, at the MGM Grand. This is the second International Smoke outpost for the dynamic duo, who have also opened locations in California, in Del Mar and San Francisco.
Read MoreAs its name indicates, the restaurant features all things smoked, beginning with roasted shellfish (tiger shrimp, Pacific oysters, Maine lobster) and ending with BBQ rib tip mac and cheese. Small plates, or appetizers, are ideal for sharing. Try pork belly bao buns, the signature baked corn bread, or spicy Thai beef lettuce cups.
All steaks are cooked over a wood-grilled fire with "flavor combinations influenced from around the world."
There's a nine-ounce prime flat iron, 14-ounce New York strip, and 16-ounce Delmonico ribeye steak. Those looking for something more casual may opt for one of the signature entrees or ribs. Choose from charbroiled miso Chilean sea bass or smoked Korean-style prime short rib.
