From sushi to steaks and everything in between, Green Valley Ranch Resort & Casino showcases just about every imaginable cuisine. Hank's Fine Steaks & Martinis nevertheless is the standout as it's the fanciest restaurant on the Henderson-based property.
Hank's is a popular retreat for happy hour, which occurs 4-7pm nightly in the bar/lounge area. Guests may indulge in half-price martinis with gourmet appetizers (begins at 5pm).
But for the real deal Hank's experience, guests should make a reservation for dinner. If you're dining with a large group, start with the "seafood jackpot," which serves up to six people. It comes with Maine lobster, shrimp, oysters, colossal lump crab and more. Other great appetizer choices include crab cakes, fried calamari and big eye tuna poke.
Depending on your tastes, there are a host of steak options. Guests may choose from grassfed (bison filet, filet mignon), prime bone in (bone-in filet, ribeye), Wagyu (filet mignon, striploin) and much more. There are also prime large cuts that come with seasonal vegetables and are meant for sharing, including a 42-ounce T-bone and 32-ounce Tomahawk. Seafood and other non-meat entrees such as rotisserie chicken, buttermilk fried chicken and pan-seared tuna round out the menu.
