FireRock Steakhouse - Las Vegas
The owners behind this Casper, Wyoming, steakhouse-and-tavern concept have opened a second location in Las Vegas. FireRock was conceived in 2006 because two businessmen wanted a casual place to hang with premium steaks.

As far as steaks, FireRock only serves USDA Angus Beef that's hand cut and aged for a minimum of 28 days. Choices range from a Cajun-spiced ribeye to a New York strip, and they're all prepared over a wood-fired grill. There's also hand-seasoned and slow-roasted prime rib that comes in 12 ounces or 16 ounces.
Non-steak offerings include pastas, wood-fired grilled Mahi Mahi, and Peruvian roasted chicken. All entrees come with a choice of soup or salad, and fresh baked bread.
