The sprawling, 7,934-square-foot space includes 12 video gaming machines, two bar lounges, a 14-seat wine room for private dining, and 980 square feet of outdoor seating. It primarily attracts locals.
As far as steaks, FireRock only serves USDA Angus Beef that's hand cut and aged for a minimum of 28 days. Choices range from a Cajun-spiced ribeye to a New York strip, and they're all prepared over a wood-fired grill. There's also hand-seasoned and slow-roasted prime rib that comes in 12 ounces or 16 ounces.
Non-steak offerings include pastas, wood-fired grilled Mahi Mahi, and Peruvian roasted chicken. All entrees come with a choice of soup or salad, and fresh baked bread.
