Most are familiar with this award-winning chef and restaurateur through his years as the co-host and head judge on Bravo's "Top Chef." At Craftsteak, diners get a taste of his culinary vision. Since its inception, the restaurant has garnered a nice collection of awards, including from AAA, Forbes, and Wine Spectator.
Menu highlights include a 24-hour braised beef short rib, a grilled 18-ounce ribeye, braised lobster with lobster butter and tarragon, and several varieties of domestic and Japanese wagyu.
