Cornerstone Classic American Steakhouse - Las Vegas

Here's a Prohibition era-themed steakhouse that's right off the Vegas Strip. Cornerstone Classic American Steakhouse is located in the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino, and it's popular for its happy hour drink specials and signature chef's bites. There's also a daily early bird dinner special for $32 that comes with a 12-ounce prime rib.

Maximize

All steaks are USDA certified 1855 choice Angus beef that are amped up with house seasoning. Cuts range from a 10-ounce filet to a 16-ounce T-bone steak. You'll also find pan-seared sea bass, roasted crab-stuffed salmon, and brick grilled chicken.

To play into the theme, Cornerstone offers a nice list of Prohibition era-themed cocktails. For example, there's the Sazerac, Vieux Carré, and 40-day, barrel-aged Old Fashioned. For a bit of fun before or after dinner, the hotel features casino games throughout the property.

Excellent service. Our server Gary was very attentive and friendly, great to have someone whose knowledgeable about the fare on the menu. My husband had the Prime Rib and I had the T-Bone steak both cooked to perfection. Looking forward to try other dishes on their menu. We will definately come back.
