Charlie Palmer Steak Vegas - Las Vegas
Celebrated chef Charlie Palmer owns a host of upscale restaurants, modern steakhouses, and also a slick, luxury hotel in San Francisco. They're all strategically located, of course, where power brokers congregate.
That includes Charlie Palmer Steak in Las Vegas, which is situated right off the lobby at the Four Seasons. As to be expected, this is no ordinary hotel restaurant.
The modern steakhouse offers a quiet, clubhouse atmosphere in a warm ochre palette and dark mahogany accented refuge. For those who come for a cocktail or two, deep couches and over-stuffed club chairs bring a homey feel to the lively lounge.

Voted "Best steakhouse in Las Vegas" by the Las Vegas Review Journal, the restaurant showcases the best of renowned chef Charlie Palmer’s signature progressive American cooking. That includes prime steaks and chops as well as hand-made pastas and seafood dishes.
Menu highlights include bone-in braised short ribs, Ritz cracker-stuffed Maine lobster and roasted Ora King salmon.
Also of note: Each week, the restaurant offers a seasonal, "cut of the week" menu. It features a hand-selected, unique cut of meat paired with a first course and family-style sides, and "bottomless wine pairings." It's a grand deal at $58 per person.
