Bugsy & Meyer's Steakhouse - Las Vegas

The mobster-themed steakhouse--named after Bugsy Siegel and Meyer Lansky--boasts a makeover and new executive chef who's fresh off his win from the first-ever Food Network "Vegas Chef Prizefight" competition series. Lamar Moore, a culinary veteran from Chicago, serves as the modern steakhouse's executive chef.

Located at the Flamingo Las Vegas, which is the city's oldest hotel, casino and entertainment venue, Bugsy & Meyer's Steakhouse transports guests back to the resort’s vintage roots.

They enter the restaurant through a "bakery" façade, which leads them past a dry-aged meat cooler and straight to an eye-catching dining room. Chicago-based designer Studio K Creative and renowned designer Jonathan Adler have created a variety of atmospheres, from the main luxury dining room to three private dining areas.

In addition to the raw bar, the restaurant is set to feature meat flights (wagyu filet mignon, rib-eye, cap-dry age New York strip), a Cuban-inspired lobster roll, and 45-day, dry-age, bone-in rib-eye prime of 20 ounces.

The restaurant is scheduled to open summer 2020.
