I tagged along with my wife on a business trip, we stayed near and I made a reservation here, the service and food were both excellent, we walked along the river boardwalk afterwards, before returning to our hotel. Great NYC skyline views, as well as a welcoming glimpse into history, just outside the restaurant doors, doning 2 statues of Alexander Hamilton and foe in a duel, the very spot where Hamilton was mortally wounded and died the next day in NYC. The restaurant is a New Orleans Style Steakhouse, we had crabcakes, lobster bisque, mash potatoes, ceasar salad and petite fillet with shrimp, all were pleasantly seasoned and cooked to our request. Definitely a nice cozy place to stop in an relax, just across the Hudson from NYC. Business casual dress suggested, but saw several patrons with sneakers on. We had no problems entering and seating with our reservation, we went on a Tuesday night but looked as if it could get busy quickly, as there were already several customers in the bar, as well as seated in the dining area. Me and my fiancé had reservations for 7pm and arrived a little late but we were seated quickly. Our server Lonny was one of the best waiters we’ve ever come a-crossed. He was very friendly, charming, funny, polite and very on point. This was my first time eating at this restaurant so he recommended their best meals so I decided to take his advice and did not regret it at all. The food was delicious and well prepared. We will definitely be back again and hope to have Lonny serve us again. Thank you for the experience!

Very upscale restaurant, so dress accordingly. I came here after work for happy hour, and it is totally worth it. The steak sandwich was perfect and had the best and tender piece of steak I’ve had in a while, especially for the price. The staff are friendly and also prompt with your order. However, if you don’t come here during happy hour, you will be paying a fortune — hence the 4 star rating.

Initially, I was a bit disappointed because my fiancé and I were waiting for a waiter and another couple was seated right next to us about five minutes later and were taken care of promptly. However, Victor took good care of us and apologized for the wait. He was very courteous and genuine. Impeccable customer service display. The food was exactly what I hoped for. No disappoints in that regard. I would return again.

We came here for a corporate event and we had a fabulous time! Thank you to everyone who served us..
