Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar Edgewater

When I crave something from Fleming's I usually go there. If I'm with someone, we will eat in the restaurant. When I'm by myself I'll sit in the bar area....

Excellent surf & turf and the dry aged meat is fantastic. What made the meal perfect was our waiter. He was a great listener and heard that my wife doesn't like pepper on her steaks or condiments. He made sure that was the case and that it was communicated properly to the chefs. The result was a legendary meal which we both enjoyed.

My husband and I stopped at this Fleming’s after a long day of travel. This was a great decision as the entire experience here was phenomenal. Customer service, taste, presentation, and the atmosphere were all exceptional. The hostess had us sit quickly, and Sergio, our waiter, greeted us and helped us secure a drink. He was beyond friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. With his help, we had a perfect dinner complimented by a wine paring he helped us decide on. The tomahawk was fantastic, and the chocolate lava cake was superb! As a server in a fine dining establishment myself, I always appreciate good service. I cannot stress enough the EXCEPTIONAL service I received here. The manager, Yana, stopped by the table during our meal and genuinely cared if we were satisfied. The entire experience exceeded my expectations for a restaurant. The customer service I received from my waiter and the manager here truly sets the standard of what all fine dining establishments should aim for! This exceptional dinner and service really helped kick start a fantastic trip. Thank you!

Update: Today my husband and I visited Flemings to celebrate his birthday. Our waiter Alex was an absolute treasure. He provided my husband and I with exceptional customer service. Alex’s positive attitude and knowledge of how to accommodate my gluten allergy created a very positive environment for my husband and I. Flemings always provides top notch service to their customers but today Alex went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday special. Alex, you are amazing! Thank you so much for everything! I had an amazing birthday dinner at this restaurant . My waitresses name was JENNIFER and she was sweet, professional and extremely accommodating . The food was cooked to perfection and the chocolate cake dessert was the perfect ending to a great night . I have visited this restaurant four times and JENNIFER made our experience the best ever !

Hands down an amazing dining experience. Customer service was amazing; greeted with smiles, our server, Alejandro, was amazing & when we left, wait staff and one of the chefs were there to wish us well and thank us for dining with them. Our food was amazing and our steaks were cooked to our requested temperatures, perfectly. We’ve been to the other steakhouse in the area and they do not compare. We’ve ordered from fleming’s a few times during Covid and after, so this was our first time dining in. We will definitely be back.
