Rizzuto's Ristorante & Chop House - New Orleans
It's a family tradition for New Orleans-based chef Jason Caronna, who follows in his grandparents' footsteps in the culinary world. As executive chef and partner at Rizzuto's Ristorante & Chop House, Caronna combines Old World Italian recipes with what he learned at the Culinary Institute of New Orleans--where he graduated valedictorian of his class.

Guests may top off their choices with lobster tail, jumbo lump crab meat or mushroom marsala. A bar menu offers diners items like truffle fries, kobe beef sliders and a meatball appetizer.
