A new attraction in Savannah's Plant Riverside District is Stone & Webster Chophouse, which pays homage to the area's historic power plant while simultaneously serving as a modern chophouse.

Stone & Webster Chophouse's menu showcases steaks and chops (steak frites, prime tomahawk, a 14-ounce New York strip), of course, and also seafood entrees and a signature burger. A shellfish tower is loaded down with the likes of oysters, jumbo shrimp, Maine lobster, and king crab. Diver sea scallops are drizzled with charred scallion shoyu butter. And the burger consists of two griddled patties, house bacon, grilled onion, and raclette.
The beverage menu is well curated and thoughtful with craft cocktails, beer, and a nice selection of wines by the glass. There are even three different wine tasting flights from which to choose.
