Steaks at this wine-focused steakhouse (hand-selected USDA Prime, certified Angus and Wagyu beef) are all aged a minimum of 21 days for optimum flavor. Fleming's aims to set itself apart from its competitors with modern accents on steak accompaniments such as truffle-poached lobster, diablo shrimp and lump crab meat that's oscar style with béarnaise sauce.
Appetizers are even above the norm with creative offerings such as tenderloin carpaccio, pan-crisped pork belly and lobster tempura. Fleming's also prides itself in pairing steaks with an exceptional wine-focused program that offers 100 wines by the glass. On Sundays diners may indulge in discounted items from the Sonoma Sundays menu. That happens 11am-3pm and 4pm to close.
