BOA Steakhouse - Santa Monica
BOA Steakhouse is part of Innovative Dining Group, which is also behind Katana Robata & Sushi Bar, Robata Bar and Sushi Roku. You'll find plenty of seafood options on the starter menu, ranging from charred tuna tartare to chilled saffron jumbo prawns. Those coming for beef apps should opt for the prime steak tartare, which is served tableside.
Steaks and chops include a selection of prime Omaha beef such as the “40 Day” dry-aged New York strip and bone-in ribeye, as well as certified organic beef and premium American Wagyu. They're all served with a choice of rubs and house-made sauces, including BOA’s signature J-1 sauce. Traditional steakhouse sides are also on the menu, including a classic Caesar salad--which is made tableside--mac 'n' cheese and crab & black truffle gnocchi. Non-steak offerings include roasted Alaskan king crab, organic breast of chicken and oven-roasted Chilean sea bass.
