Three upscale concepts in one, The Steakhouse at 9900 is from The Opihi Group, a restaurant management company, and situated in metro Portland, Oregon. There's the steakhouse, Lou’s Bar, and a cigar bar called The Chamber.

The menu at 9900 boasts contemporary fare mixed in with classic steakhouse cuisine. Beginning with appetizers, with starters like coffee-rubbed steak bites, house-made onion rings, and roasted Crimini mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese and spinach, most dishes are ideal for sharing. A signature offering here is the tuna tower, which comes stacked with marinated yellowfin tuna, white rice, avocado, mango, and cucumber, and topped with spicy mayo, eel sauce and crispy wonton chips.
All meat at 9900 is locally grown and originates from Oregon Country Natural Beef. That includes the six-ounce filet mignon, 14-ounce ribeye, 16-ounce T-bone steak, and BBQ bacon burger. Each steak comes with a choice of two sides and a sauce (i.e. blue cheese compound butter, lobster anglaise, peppercorn demi).
