The dining area at Cut132 is expansive, with a dining room for general diners, a private dining room and lounge area as well as an indoor-outdoor bar for four seasons dining. Michael Krebs, operating partner at Cut 132, has said, "We're kind of anchoring the [new] area of Easton, where it's concentrating more on luxury. This is becoming the luxury section of Easton. And with the condos that are coming up, it's just going to become even more so."

Oysters are the classic way to kick off a steak dinner, and they're served raw with bourbon cocktail sauce, grated horseradish and red wine mignonette. It's a step up to ossetra caviar service, with all the traditional accompaniments, and what's called on the menu The Baller's Platter, which is shellfish and, of course, caviar.

When you get into the meat section, you're going to find a lot to love.

Big stars among the USDA prime meat are the fourteen-ounce bone-in New york strip steak, dry aged for 36 days. You're also going to love the ribeye, 24-ounce bone-in, wet aged 36 days, and the tomahawk, 40 ounces, and the six-ounce portion of Wagyu A-5. You can have your premium meat dressed up with many options, including melted blue cheese, wild mushrooms and a four-ounce lobster tail drizzled with Bernaise.

There is also a stunning selection of beer, wine and cocktails; the cocktails are getting special attention with offerings like the Cut & Smoked Old Fashioned, described as a "velvet smoking jacket in a glass," [with] Maker’s 46 bourbon, maple syrup, cocktail bitters, custom CUT ice, and applewood smoke; as well as the White Collar Crimes with red wine sangria spiked and a Martha Stewart CBD gummy.
