Steaks at this wine-focused steakhouse (hand-selected USDA Prime, certified Angus and Wagyu beef) are all aged a minimum of 21 days for optimum flavor. Fleming's aims to set itself apart from its competitors with modern accents on steak accompaniments such as truffle-poached lobster, Diablo shrimp and lump crab meat that's Oscar style with béarnaise sauce.
Appetizers are even above the norm with creative offerings such as tenderloin carpaccio, pan-crisped pork belly and lobster tempura. Fleming's also prides itself in pairing steaks with an exceptional wine-focused program that offers 100 wines by the glass.
This outpost can be found at Beavercreek at The Greene Town Center, which is close to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, hotels and corporate offices. It's also one of the few Fleming's locations offering brunch service.
