Stripsteak - Las Vegas
The Mandalay Bay hotel is rich with prime ventures by celebrity chefs: Fleur by Hubert Keller, Lupo by Wolfgang Puck and Rick Moonen's RM Seafood. So it makes perfect sense to showcase a steakhouse, and this one happens to be Michael Mina's first-ever modern steakhouse concept.
Stripsteak plays host to guests looking for the perfect filet in a contemporary alternative to the traditional steakhouse setting. As with Mina's other restaurants, it uses only the highest quality ingredients: corn-fed, all-natural meat, line-caught seafood and fresh, seasonal produce. Popular non-steak entrees include wood-grilled Colorado lamb, free-range chicken and Diver scallops. You'll also find A5 Japanese Kobe beef and 100 single-malt scotches.
The dress code is "resort casual" and there's a happy hour menu with a Wagyu burger, BLT wedge and short rib tacos.
