The Journey Steakhouse - Riverside

Located on the grounds of the Argosy Casino, The Journey Steakhouse serves up classic steakhouse fare in a modern setting. The decor is fun and bright with quirky accents throughout the space. All steaks and seafood are grilled on mesquite wood, adding additional flavor profiles to the proteins.

Maximize

Highlights of the entree menu are varied. Guests may choose from signature dishes such as chicken Forestier, served with mashed potatoes, wild mushroom ragout, and asparagus, as well as wood-fired grilled salmon.

Steak offerings are plentiful at The Journey. Choose from a 22-ounce porterhouse, eight-ounce filet, and 14-ounce prime rib that's slow-roasted with cracked pepper and fresh garlic.

Started out with Crab Cake's. Which was perfect. My wife had the Scallops and mushrooms. Prepared excellent. I had the seafood pasta. Also excellent. Can't for get the seafood bisque. 👍🏽 Our server was on point and very curtious.

The food is very expensive at this place a prime rib is $48 and I asked for it medium that means pink and it was like a horrible piece of leather. I didn't complain because the waitress was very nice. I had a better dinner on New Year's Eve in the ballroom with prime rib that was actually cooked exactly how it should be. If a prime rib is $48 it damn well better be cooked like you ask. I only went because I had a comp but even if I have a comp again I won't go back. Also they used to have a better menu and I miss it.
