There's plenty from which to choose on the main menu, starting with appetizers, which are always big hits for sharing. From the cheesesteak egg rolls stuffed with tender filet mignon to crispy Shanghai calamari topped with a sweet chili glaze, it's just a teaser for what's to come. There's also the option of ordering the chilled seafood tower filled with Alaskan king crab legs, oysters, cocktail shrimp and jumbo lump crab.
For steaks, guests may choose from bone-in cuts to house-cut selections. They'll get a Caesar, wedge, or market greens salad to accompany it. Choices range from a 22-ounce bone-in rib-eye cowboy cut to prime New York strip. Guests are encouraged to enhance it with crab-stuffed shrimp, broiled lobster tail, or bourbon peppercorn sauce.
Non-steak eaters have a choice of the signature jumbo lump crab cakes, pan-seared sea bass, seared scallops, and herbed brick chicken.
