Overpriced. Food and drinks were delicious, don't get me wrong, but for what we paid ($500 for 5 people) it didn't seem worth it to me.

Nice staff, prompt service, decent service, huge bill (but hey, I didn't pay). Food was very good but not good cost vs food ration. Front end manager checks in on every table from what I can see.

I decided to throw a surprise birthday dinner party for my husband. I submitted an inquiry via the Ruth's Chris website. Beth -Catering Sales Manager, promptly reached out to me and gave me all the info I needed to know as well as pricing. She was amazing to work with and was the reason the event was so successful. Our server was Alejandra and she took great care of our party of 14. Pete also assisted her and he was hilarious/super friendly. Everyone had such a great time and raved about the food. We will definitely be back for date night or any other special occasion. Love, love, love this location. Thank you all again!

I was really excited about visiting Ruth Chris Steak House in Alpharetta. I had heard alot about it so I could not wait to see what the hype was all about. First, let me start by saying, It was very romantic with Dim lighting and a Museum like quietness. The decor was outstanding and the service was great. Our Waitress was a very nice woman who was an aspiring writer. She was very friendly and engaging. I ordered a Medium Well steak with pink on the inside but the steak arrived, Well Done. I was quite disappointed because Clearly, I requested the Steak to be prepared medium. My server made sure to bring out another Steak but by this time, the side dishes were cold. It left me feeling very dissatisfied and I then asked for a To Go box. I do not think that I will visit again because my experience with the food was not great. There are much better places (in my opinion) to get a good steak but I did enjoy my server and the drinks very much!

Stop…Don’t waste your time. We received the old menu’s with a price difference of 2-3 dollars lesser than the new menu. We were charged the higher price. The manager did give us a shrimp appetizer with 5 shrimp for 7 people. He did not tell his name — introduce himself as the manager. Our food was overly cooked some of it burnt. Had to send the cream of spinach back. Our waiter was really nice he did not tell us about tonight’s special if any…no details regarding the drinks or menu. We were the only people in the restaurant…. Reservation at 4:15 RS opens. So much for a earlier dinner. No matter what I did enjoy spending time with my family.

I ordered dessert 40 min before close. I arrive and it’s not ready. I was told 8:21 via email and did not receive it until 9:35pm. I was told that they were out and were putting something together. The pics show an attempt to put something together. It’s much smaller than it should be as it fairly large and fits in a big container. The one I received was forced into a smaller container. It’s not smooth as it should be and is rather sloppy. I’m very disappointed. I would have rather been told they were out than to receive this and take it home.
