Ruth’s Chris Steak House Lake Mary

When in Rome... You have to get a steak when at Ruth's... I did but wasn't as impressed. We stopped during magical dining and had a few choices on the menu. Out of all that our table ties - the best was the cream and berries dessert. Appetizers are charged separate. Service was beyond amazing and we felt welcomed and taken care of. I just think that yo live up to Ruth's legacy, the steak needs to be a notch above... the ambiance is great and I would recommend because the staff makea you feel great!

The Lake Mary location is the far superior RC in Orlando. The service and food blows Winter Park put of the water! This visit, we were celebrating my birthday and Lauren gave us top notch service. Everything was delicious and she made our experience great, which was delightful considering our last visit in Winter Park was less than the typical RC experience. We opted for dessert to go and she still brought out a candle and said I deserved to be celebrated. A wonderful night out and dinner thanks to Lauren and RCLM!

I love Ruth's Chris! I mean, what's not to love about melt in your mouth steaks?! I would give this 5 stars, but I was a little disappointed this time. Normally, the steaks are served on a buttered plate- sizzling hot. Tonight, it looked like the butter was never melted. It was white and solid on the side of the plate. The birthday dessert was super sweet and a welcomed surprise. I'd definitely go again, and recommend you do as well.

Miguel the valet was so kind, Jacob and Matt were the servers who served us. I'm grateful for the exceptional service they provided. Our dinner was prepared so well. Overall, our dining experience was amazing.

I must say that I was very disappointed with the presentation of the food. First of, the menu mentioned chicken breast. However, we were served the butt of the chicken. Totally false menu advertisement. The chicken butts were severely undercooked. All 5 patrons who ordered chicken "breasts" had to request for them to be redone. They unwillingly took our meal to recook them, and asked us to give them 3 minutes to get them done properly. However, when the server brought our plates back, the meals were still undercooked. Furthermore, our plates were all switched up. What made it worse was that each of us had already touched our foods. We had to rearrange our plates so that we could get our correct meals! I guess because the orders were taken from the "Magical Dining" menus, much thought wasn't put into our meals. The only good thing that came out of the whole experience was that all 7 church sisters had some good laughs!

Very good drinks, food was delicious. I enjoyed my experience, was served by Molly and absolutely loved watching her service skills towards all other guest. Her assistant Matt was very attentive and has great work ethic. Management was phenomenal as Marcus visited my table to ensure I was having a excellent night👍.

Thank you to the restaurant manager for accommodating a party of 17. We were there for a baseball tournament and on the fly we wanted a great meal. Awesome staff!

We went to Ruth Chris for dinner, our anniversary. First, let me commend the service staff - from the valet, to our server + the other servers that stopped...

Food was delicious, as always, and the lobster Mac n cheese was still amazing the next day too! However, our server was the delight of the evening..we will be back just to visit just for her.. pics of portions for all my foodie peeps!!
