Steaks are categorized as "small" (filet medallion, skirt steak), "medium" (sirloin, bone-in filet) and "large" (porterhouse, ribeye) and accompaniments consist of offerings like foie grass, truffle butter and jalapeno onions. Non-steak dishes includes entrees such as roasted lamb rack, maple-rubbed salmon, and free-range chicken.
There's also brunch, a power lunch menu, and a date-night menu with a "bag o' donuts" as its "closer."
