Rok Steakhouse & Grill - San Jose
More than 20 years ago, the owner of Rok Steakhouse & Grill discovered the deliciousness of eating meat cooked on a stone rock and decided to spread the word about it. Steve Wright was in Zimbabwe during this revelation, and for several years he sold rock cooking systems to restaurants all over the world.

Offerings include a range of premium meats, including wagyu New York strip, buffalo sirloin, bison rib-eye, wild salmon, and pork chops. Guests get two sides that range from garlic mashed potatoes to seasonal roasted vegetables to orzo pasta.
More casual bites include a number of burgers, wraps, and sandwiches. There's roasted tri-top on a French roll, a crispy chicken sandwich, and chimichurri steak wrap topped with fried
onions, swiss cheese and chimichurri.
