Lou & Mickey's - San Diego
Located in downtown San Diego's historic Gaslamp Quarter, Lou & Mickey's is in close proximity to the San Diego Convention Center. The restaurant is pure classic steakhouse with an old-school setting that feels nostalgic without being dated. Its appeal is a bright, cheery room with white tablecloths and comfortable leather chairs. It's clearly ideal for a business lunch or dinner. Outside, the spacious patio's surrounded by palm trees and a view of the convention center.
The menus are what you'd expect at such a classic steakhouse. There's a happy hour menu that's available 4-6pm Monday through Friday. Guests get deals on cocktails and other alcoholic beverages as well as lighter bites like oysters on the half shell, beer-battered fish and chips, and a signature burger.
Main menu items consist of an 18-ounce New York strip "Kansas style," grilled Mahi Mahi and pasta carbonara. Many of the dinner entrees are also located on the lunch menu.
