Portland City Grill is one of several restaurants created by Restaurants Unlimited, Inc., which also owns Cutters, Manzana, Palisade, and Stanford's, among others. The steakhouse-focused establishment is especially popular with locals because it offers spectacular views of downtown Portland and the Cascade Mountains.

You'll find calamari enhanced by spicy King Pao sauce as well as maki rolls on the appetizer menu.
