Steaks at this wine-focused, contemporary steakhouse are all aged a minimum of 21 days for optimum flavor. Fleming's aims to set itself apart from its competitors with updated accents on steak accompaniments such as the signature Diablo shrimp that's baked with a spicy barbecue butter sauce or an indulgent truffle-poached lobster, which comes with béarnaise sauce and caviar.
Appetizers are even more above the norm with creative offerings such pan-crisped pork belly and tenderloin carpaccio. Fleming's also prides itself in pairing steaks with an exceptional wine-focused program, and it offers 100 wines by the glass--including 30 that are selected by the outpost's wine director.
